About Me

My name is Renard Owens.

I am a devoted husband, father, with 23 years of Law Enforcement experience with the Baltimore Police Department.

I am also an author who has written two books “THE PATH TO SELF DISCOVERY” and ebook “OF THE BANKERS, BY THE BANKERS, FOR THE BANKERS”

I fell in love with real estate when I was in my late twenties and started out by getting my Realtors license with Long & Foster Realtors.

Over the past 15 plus years I’ve utilized many real estate investing strategies like Wholesaling, Rehabs, Buy & Hold.

Six years ago I witnessed something that would change my world.

I was introduced to Mortgage Note Investing and literally it was like a light bulb went off in my head and I knew I needed to invest like this, similar to what happen to me in the continuing education class.

I ate, slept, and drank mortgage note investing and followed my mentor around for over a year soaking up all I could.

I’ve raised capital and had commitments of 1 million dollars in capital raised.

I invest in mortgage notes nationwide with my primary focus is the Southeastern,Southern, and Midwestern parts of the United States.

I’ve done multiple deals around the United States.

This is an exciting time to learn and become a mortgage note investor because of the opportunity it presents.
